At Stout Skills Training we offer a multitude of aspects that go into improving our athletes, and developing them into the best players and people they can possibly be.
Effective work on foot-speed, agility, and defense are crucial in the development of a good basketball player. At Stout Skills Training we use fun, creative drills and exercises to become quicker and faster on both ends of the floor. We teach fundamental and situational defense to be applied in several aspects of the game.
These areas of the game require very high rates of repetition to be able to gain and maintain consistency. Stout Skills Training offers a variety of drills that can be done in a multitude of different settings and capacities. The variety we offer allows for continual repetition without burnout.
1 ON 1 TRAINING SESSIONS
1 on 1 training sessions offer a great opportunity to gain knowledge and make large strides of improvement.
MIXED SMALL GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS
Mixed small group training sessions offer an opportunity to improve on a multitude different skills and abilities while training amongst peers.
We also offers Team Clinics. Team Clinics grant coaches and teams the opportunity to let Stout Skills Training bring in a fun learning environment that the team can use going forward.
All sessions are done at Lifestyles Fitness Center in Johnson City TN!
